V projektu Usposabljanje mentorjev 2021 – 2023 bomo izvajali brezplačna usposabljanja za mentorje dijakom na praktičnem usposabljanju z delom (PUD), študentom na praktičnem izobraževanju (PRI) in vajencem.

V projektu se bo v Vzhodni in Zahodni kohezijski regiji Osnovnega usposabljanja mentorjev udeležilo 415 udeležencev, Nadaljnjega usposabljanja mentorjev pa se bo v obeh kohezijskih regijah udeležilo 360 udeležencev. Z aktivnostmi v projektu bomo prispevali k izboljšanju odzivnosti sistema izobraževanja in usposabljanja na potrebe trga dela, izboljšanju privlačnosti poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja, učinkovitemu izvajanju PUD pri delodajalcu, večji kakovosti usposabljanja mladih v podjetjih in k širitvi mreže sodelovanja med šolstvom in gospodarstvom.

Ciljna skupina so mentorji, zaposleni pri delodajalcih, ki izvajajo praktično usposabljanje z delom za dijake srednjega poklicnega in srednjega strokovnega izobraževanja, mentorji, zaposleni pri delodajalcih, ki izvajajo praktični del izobraževanja za študente višjega strokovnega izobraževanja ter mentorji, zaposleni pri delodajalcih, ki izvajajo ostale formalne oblike praktičnega usposabljanja oziroma izobraževanja (za vajence).

Mentorji iz podjetij se bodo lahko udeležili 32 urnega osnovnega usposabljanja mentorjev ali štirih različnih 8 urnih nadaljnjih usposabljanj mentorjev iz štirih različnih vsebinskih področij:
